Giovanna Sabrina Cacciola

With over 17 years of experience practicing Family Law, Giovanna acts as counsel for a wide range of clients dealing with all facets of a marriage or relationship breakdown. Giovanna regularly deals with complex financial issues involving corporations, trusts, and tax issues. Giovanna also has extensive experience dealing with children's issues, arguably the most important aspect of Family Law. Giovanna approaches these issues with the utmost of care and consideration for the children's best interests and how those interests can be met both currently and in the long term.

Giovanna practiced at Epstein Cole, the country's largest Family Law firm, for over a decade, before deciding to move her practice to the York region.

Giovanna will negotiate, mediate, arbitrate or litigate depending on the specific needs of each client and circumstances of each case.

Giovanna is results oriented, has a strong sense of fairness and justice, and works tirelessly towards resolving her clients' matters to their satisfaction.

Giovanna obtained her law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School after completing an Honours degree in Environmental Studies at York University. Giovanna was called to the bar in 2004.

Giovanna is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Toronto Lawyers Association, and the Advocates Society.
