Alexandra Callinan is a skilled immigration lawyer with over a decade of experience in the field of Canadian immigration, including more than five years of private practice exclusively focused on Canadian immigration law.

Alexandra specializes in providing high-quality corporate and economic immigration services to individuals, employers and entrepreneurs. She regularly advises clients on work permits, study permits, Labour Market Impact Assessments, employer compliance requirements under the International Mobility Program, permanent residency, and citizenship applications. Alexandra also assists clients with challenging immigration decisions before the Federal Court of Canada.

Alexandra’s passion for immigration law is deeply personal—her own family arrived in Canada as refugees during the Second World War. Their journey, and the opportunities that Canada provided them, inspire her unwavering commitment to helping others build new futures in Canada.

Before transitioning to private practice, Alexandra worked at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada as an Officer, where she rendered decisions on a wide range of immigration applications. This experience gives her a unique and valuable insight into the decision-making process, allowing her to advocate effectively for her clients.
