Erica Diane Cappello

Erica Cappello specializes in trusts, estate and tax planning, probate and estate administration.

Her practice focuses on wills, trusts and estates law including estate administration, powers of attorney, guardianship and capacity issues, passing of accounts and dependant support claims. She also offers estate mediation to assist parties in resolving their disputes out of court in a cost-effective way.

Erica’s experience and knowledge in handling complex wills, trusts and estates enables her to successfully assist clients with their specific needs and objectives. She has represented Executors and Trustees and beneficiaries of both trusts and estates and provides practical and sound advice to her clients with honesty and integrity.

Erica enjoys travelling, reading, walking, hiking and one day hopes to master her golf game.
