Megan Carbonette

Megan is a Real Estate Lawyer and advises clients on a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing and leasing.

Megan’s practice focuses on commercial real estate, working with buyers, sellers, lenders, borrowers, developers, investors, landlords and tenants. Megan has experience closing complex commercial transactions and has represented clients in various sectors including mixed-use, office, retail, land development, condominium and industrial.

Megan was called to the Bar in 2022, after completing the Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Commerce programs at the University of Ottawa. Prior to joining Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall LLP, Megan practised real estate law at a national law firm, where she represented clients in development and various transactional matters.

Megan learns about her clients’ businesses to provide tailored advice and is fluent in both English and French.
