Jessica Cardill

Jessica Cardill is a lawyer with extensive experience in political and regulatory environments. She previously served as the Senior Director of Legal Affairs and Party Services at the Liberal Party of Canada. In this role, she acted as in-house counsel on various matters, including regulatory issues, risk management, and commercial agreements. She was the primary liaison for senior party officials and stakeholders regarding legal and regulatory matters. Jessica led the Liberal Party’s legal and regulatory work during the 2025 leadership contest and federal campaign, supporting candidates and stakeholder teams throughout. As a former litigator and in-house counsel, Jessica adopts a stakeholder-focused approach to engagement, leveraging her experience in legal, regulatory, and public policy contexts.
