Jessica Haley Charendoff

Jessica practises in all areas of Canadian and international income tax law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, financings, private equity, and investment products and asset management. Jessica has worked with major Canadian and international clients in diverse industries, including the sports industry.
