Her practice spans ship finance, aviation finance, project finance and general corporate lending, with a focus on cross-border transactions.

Her asset finance work includes vessel and aircraft financings and refinancings. She also advises on secured corporate lending and project financings, with experience in transactions involving complex security arrangements, assets and counterparties across multiple jurisdictions.

Dual-qualified in Canada and England and Wales, Yusur combines an international legal perspective with regional experience, advising on the legal and commercial considerations that shape financing transactions in the Middle East.
