Andrew Timothy Kar-Kit Chau

Andrew Chau is an Associate and a member of the firm’s Insurance Practice Group.

Andrew’s practice focuses on the defence of insurance claims with particular emphasis on personal injury matters, construction disputes, and product liability claims.

Andrew has acted for various insurers, providing strategic and practical advice throughout all stages of litigation. He is known for his thorough preparation, responsive client service, and pragmatic approach to managing risk and exposure in complex claims.

Andrew has represented clients before various courts in Ontario, including the Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Justice, and the Small Claims Court.

Outside of work, you can find Andrew playing pickleball, on a hike with his dog, or exploring the newest dining spots.
