Alicia Kaur Chauhan

Alicia joined Soloway Wright as an associate in 2024 after completing her articles with the firm. Alicia maintains a general corporate and commercial practice and assists clients with a broad range of corporate/commercial needs including incorporations, financing, asset and share purchases and corporate reorganizations.

Alicia graduated with a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Law and Sociology, with a Concentration in Business Law from Carleton University. During her time at law school, Alicia volunteered with the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers Ontario. In this role, Alicia helped individuals of minority groups gain access to basic legal information with regards to employment, immigration and human rights.

Outside of the office, Alicia enjoys sitting down with a good book, spending time with family and travelling.
