Falconbridge Ltd. A Canadian based global base metal mining company (now part of Glencore): 1987-1988

Northern Telecom Limited (became Nortel Networks Corporation) A global telecommunications equipment manufacturing company: 1988-1997

IMAX Corporation A global provider of proprietary giant screen theater systems and films: 1997-1999

Peter Chilibeck has been a qualified lawyer in Ontario, Canada since 1985, beginning his career in Toronto as an associate lawyer at Goodman & Goodman (now Goodmans LLP). He has advised on Board and shareholder matters, worked on significant global M&A projects during his career, and has significant experience in raising financing, launching IPO's, and negotiating banking arrangements. Peter offers legal services to supplement Llewellin Capital's consulting services.

From 1998 to 2000 Peter was an adjunct professor of Private International Business Law (international joint ventures and project financing) at Queen's University Law School. Together with Jim Goodfellow (Vice Chair of Deloitte & Touche Canada), he co-authored CEO & CFO Certification - Improving Transparency and Accountability , a Canadian Performance Reporting Board Discussion Brief published by The Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA).
