Steven Choi

Steven is an Associate in KRB’s Banking and Finance group. Prior to joining the team, he practiced at a major international law firm in New York, where he represented investment and commercial banks and corporate borrowers in various complex financing transactions, including leveraged financings, acquisition financings, asset-based loans and cross-border transactions.

Steven completed his legal studies at Columbia Law School and was admitted to the New York Bar in 2016.
