Hanna Jane Colbert

Hanna represents clients facing a wide spectrum of criminal charges, from serious assaults to property offences and beyond. She also provides expert guidance in appellate matters, working on matters before the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Hanna earned a B.A. (Honours) in English and Psychology from the University of Waterloo before completing her law degree at Queen’s University. While at Queen’s, she honed her advocacy skills with Queen’s Legal Aid, later expanding her expertise during her articles at Legal Aid Alberta in Calgary. There, she worked on high-stakes cases involving society’s most vulnerable. Hanna joined AGP LLP in 2024, bringing with her a wealth of experience and an unrelenting commitment to justice.
