Mark Andrew Dean Coleman

Mark articled with the firm in 2008/2009, and returned to the firm upon being called to the Bar in June 2009.

Mark practises in all areas of civil defence litigation, with a focus on professional liability, construction law, and insurance coverage analysis. He regularly represents engineers, architects, designers, contractors, insurance brokers, mortgage brokers, financial advisors, and other professionals at all levels of Court in Ontario, as well as before administrative tribunals.

Mark received his LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario in 2008. Prior to attending law school, Mark graduated with Honours from the University of Western Ontario in 2005.

Mark approaches the practice of law with a passion for litigation, an eye for detail, a determined work ethic, and a genuine interest in the professions he represents.
