Constantine has over 35 years of experience dealing with construction and real estate disputes. He has represented commercial landlords and tenants, builders, consultants, contractors, trades, and suppliers. He is very familiar with proceedings under the Construction Act. Constantine routinely reviews, negotiates and drafts construction contracts.

He practices extensively in the areas of breach of contract, asset and debt recovery litigation, including mortgage and security enforcement. Shareholder and partnership disputes, oppression remedy, injunctions and mandatory orders, fiduciary duties, aborted business and real estate transactions are also an area of focus for Constantine.

He has significant experience and knowledge with all aspects of bankruptcy and insolvency, estate disputes, defamation, insurance litigation, negligent and fraudulent misrepresentation and wrongful dismissal.

Constantine’s practice also includes professional negligence claims against lawyers, accountants, engineers, architects and insurance brokers.

He has also represented franchisors and franchisees in business disputes including those under the Arthur Wishart Act.
