Edward Charles Conway

Edward has practiced civil litigation for 28 years covering all aspects of litigation. He has been involved at all levels of court in the country including the Supreme Court of Canada. He has appeared numerous times on litigation matters in the Court of Appeal in Ontario and Newfoundland. He has argued commercial, contract and personal injury cases at the superior courts in Ontario and Newfoundland and Labrador since 1992.

The most important factor in managing any litigation issue is experience. Most litigation questions are about money. The lawyer’s job is to manage a solution which maximizes the client’s monetary position and sometimes more importantly, minimizes the client’s cost risk. Whether this is a commercial dispute or a personal injury case, maximizing the client’s monetary outcome is usually the primary aim.
