Jeffery Elder Couse

Jeffery Couse graduated with distinction from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. He then clerked at the Superior Court of Justice in Toronto and has practised criminal defence since he was called to the bar in 2017.

Mr. Couse’s practice is now exclusively in criminal appeals. He has represented clients at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada.

Mr. Couse combines an extensive knowledge of criminal procedure with a creative approach to appellate litigation. He believes successful appeals are built on hard work and preparation.
