Simon is an associate in the Civil Litigation group with a practice focused on construction related disputes and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Koskie Minsky, Simon practiced at a prominent Toronto litigation firm where he represented clients at all levels of court in Ontario. Simon has experience in construction and infrastructure, professional negligence, insurance coverage and defence, employment and tort matters.
