Matthew provides strategic advice to companies seeking to restructure, and to purchasers seeking strategic acquisitions via distressed transactions. Matthew also has experience in domestic and cross-border restructurings and acquisitions. Matthew provides advice and counsel on both the transactional and litigation aspects of distressed transactions and restructurings.
