Alana A. Crugnale is a partner at Mackesy Smye LLP. Her practice concentrates on personal injury litigation resulting from motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls and long term disability claims.

Ms. Crugnale has argued various issues before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. She has represented clients at various Tribunals and a Coroner’s Inquest.

Ms. Crugnale is an active member of the community. She has previously sat on the Board of Festival of Friends and is currently a Director on the Board of Habitat for Humanity Hamilton and the Hamilton Brain Injury Association. In addition, Ms. Crugnale actively participates in seminars and events sponsored by the Hamilton Law Association.

Ms. Crugnale is a member of the Hamilton Law Association, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the Canadian Bar Association. She received her B.A. (Hons.) from McMaster University in 2006 and her LLB from the University of Ottawa in 2009. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2010.
