Aseet Vasudev Dalvi

Aseet Dalvi is a partner in Fried Frank's Corporate Department, resident in the firm's London office.

Aseet's transactional experience spans a wide range of debt and equity capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions transactions and liability management and restructuring transactions. He also regularly advises clients on compliance with their obligations under the US and English securities laws.
