Ayushi Kartic Dave

Ayushi joined Emond Harnden as an associate in 2025. She previously articled and worked at a management-side labour and employment law firm in London, Ontario for almost two years. Ayushi practices in all areas of labour and employment law, including privacy, contract and policy drafting, human rights, and employment standards compliance.

In her spare time, Ayushi loves traveling, spending time with her family, painting, or watching documentaries.

Ayushi completed her law degree at the University of Ottawa. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from Carleton University, where she majored in Law and Legal Studies.

Ayushi is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the County of Carleton Law Association.
