Shannel Diewold is a Senior Associate whose practice focuses on corporate-commercial law, advising clients on a broad range of business matters, including incorporations, shareholder agreements, corporate reorganizations, and commercial transactions. Born and raised in Windsor-Essex, Shannel brings a strong connection to the local business community and a deep understanding of the region’s commercial landscape. She graduated from the University of Windsor with Great Distinction and later received her Juris Doctor from Windsor Law.

In addition to her legal practice, Shannel has lectured at law school on topics related to corporate and commercial law, sharing her insights with future members of the profession.
