Vanessa Annemarie Dimilta

VANESSA DIMILTA General Counsel Vanessa joined Vela as General Counsel in 2017. She has been with Constellation Software (CSI) since 2012. Prior to joining Vela, she spent five years at CSI head office working primarily on private mergers and acquisitions in the software industry. Prior to joining CSI, Vanessa spent five years at Stikeman Elliott LLP in the mergers and acquisitions, banking finance, capital markets and securities practice groups. Vanessa holds a L.L.B from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Schulich School of Business, York University.
