Justin practices corporate and commercial law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. He has extensive experience advising emerging companies through all aspects of the growth cycle. He advises clients across all industries, but has particular concentrations around Life Sciences and Fintech.

Justin is a believer in lifelong learning and is currently taking an experimental course in artificial intelligence.
