Bruce is certified as a specialist in corporate and commercial law by the Law Society of Ontario and is a partner in the firm

Bruce works with clients in all areas of business including debt finance, employment issues, the purchase and sale of businesses, mergers, joint venture agreements, supply and manufacturing agreements, organizing business structures, corporate capital structures and shareholders’ agreements, re-organizing existing businesses and corporate structures, advising on corporate governance, managing securities issues for privately-held corporations, and assisting clients with leasing, franchising and dispute resolution.

Over the years, Bruce has worked with businesses at all stages of their development from start-ups to levels of sustainable success, and to divestitures of assets to succession planning.
