Jada-Diamond Dunn

Jada’s practice focuses on advising clients on a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions, including public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities. She also advises clients on corporate governance and securities law regulatory matters, including continuous disclosure obligations and stock exchange matters.

Jada joined Blakes as a first-year summer student in 2021 and completed her articles with the Firm in 2023/2024.
