Kelly Elizabeth Eckert

Areas of specialty : Parenting, child and spousal support; complex equalization and valuation issues, including the interaction of family law issues with business and corporate law

Kelly is an experienced litigator and has represented clients at all levels of Court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal.

With a keen interest in legal research, Kelly has published several articles on various family law topics and has lectured for Osgoode Hall Professional Development. Carrying on Rosen Sack’s commitment to mentorship, Kelly volunteers annually with the Walsh Family Law Moot & Negotiation Competition.

Kelly is an Expert Contributor to LexisNexis Practical Guidance and has been voted one of Toronto’s best lawyers by Post City and Streets of Toronto every year since 2021.
