Aaron James Eddie

As Co-Founder and Managing Partner, clients are always at the centre of Aaron’s thinking. From guiding the firm’s strategic direction to managing day-to-day activities to recruiting new talent — Aaron approaches all aspects of his role with a client-centric focus. Firmly entrenched in the Trent Hills community, he understands the needs of both local and regional clients. Aaron matches clients with the right resources to achieve the best results, cost-effectiveness, and customer experience.

Prior to founding Kinch Eddie Litigation, Aaron’s professional roles were in public health and municipal politics — always people-centred. In his public health role, Aaron was an advocate for marginalized groups which laid the groundwork for his current work in the justice system. As part of his role in municipal politics, Aaron ran several community-driven grassroots campaigns, organized local events, and managed engagement with the community. This experience has given Aaron a unique perspective on challenges and opportunities faced by many.

Outside of work, Aaron and his family are passionate about supporting and connecting with the local Trent Hills community. They enjoy attending local events, supporting small business and local initiatives. As an avid home chef, if there’s a foodie event happening, you can be sure Aaron will be there.
