Andrew Lawrence Edgar

Andrew Edgar has practised criminal defence exclusively since 2005, representing clients facing charges ranging from impaired driving and assault to robbery, drug offences and serious violent offences.

For more than two decades, his practice has been focused on one area: defending people facing criminal charges and helping them understand what comes next.

Andrew has represented clients in both the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice.

His work includes bail hearings, negotiations with Crown Attorneys, Charter issues, trials and serious criminal matters. That experience informs how he assesses evidence, identifies the issues that matter and recommends a path forward.
