Olivia Eve Ells

Olivia is a member of the Competition, Antitrust & Foreign Investment group at Blakes, recently named Regional Firm of the Year – Americas by the Global Competition Review.

Olivia advises on all aspects of competition law, including merger review, abuse of dominance, joint ventures and strategic alliances, criminal and civil litigation, marketing and distribution practices, cartel investigations and regulatory compliance. She also advises on foreign investment merger review under the Investment Canada Act .

Prior to joining Blakes, Olivia summered, articled and practiced competition, antitrust, and foreign investment law in the Toronto office of a full-service firm.
