He has been involved in many leading deals in Canada, and has significant cross-border experience with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, restructurings, joint ventures, and a wide-range of commercial transactions. Prior to joining Farris LLP, Daniel practiced in the Capital Markets Group and acted as Co-Director of the Startups Program for a full-service law firm in Toronto, before joining a publicly listed client for a stint as in-house counsel through a period of intensive growth.
