His mandate includes ensuring compliance with pension and benefits legislation relating to the Plan's governance, administration, and strategic growth initiatives. James’s role also encompasses advising on fiduciary obligations and corporate legal issues. James brings over 15 years of experience in pension and benefits law, having practised at leading consulting and law firms. His Bachelor's degree is in Political Science, and he holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School.</p>
