David Henry Ferris

David’s practice focuses on debt transactions that span jurisdictions and sectors. He has extensive experience structuring and negotiating banking and secured lending transactions, acquisition financings, capital call facilities, and mine financings. He regularly acts for Canadian and international banks and financial institutions as well as corporate borrowers. Clients look to David for their most important financing work and for counsel on complex multijurisdictional transactions.
