He holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Physics, giving him a solid foundation in both analytical and technical problem-solving. This background, together with his legal and business expertise, helps him connect innovation, strategy, and people.

Following one of the most disruptive periods in foodservice history - shaped by COVID-19 and rapid changes in manufacturing and technology - Mario is focused on helping R.E.D. Members and Vendor Partners grow stronger together in a dynamic Canadian marketplace.

Marika fait partie de l’entreprise familiale de distribution d’équipement de restauration, Monas & Co., depuis l’âge de 14 ans. Titulaire d’un baccalauréat en commerce de l’Université McGill et d’un MBA de l’École de gestion John-Molson, elle s’est jointe à l’entreprise à temps plein en 2007 et la dirige aux côtés de son frère Tony depuis 2011. Marika détient la certification Certified Foodservice Professional (CFSP) de la NAFEM, est parfaitement bilingue et apporte une perspective québécoise au conseil d’administration de R.E.D. Sur son compte Instagram, @monasmtl, elle partage son expertise en équipement de restauration avec une vaste communauté de chefs et de professionnels de l’industrie.
