Linda Messhia Fraser-Richardson

Linda Fraser-Richardson is an associate in the Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy group in Dentons’ Toronto office. She has experience across a range of insolvency and restructuring matters, including proceedings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act.

Before joining Dentons, she articled and practiced at another national law firm, where she acted for distressed companies, creditors, court officers and other stakeholders in insolvency and restructuring proceedings.
