Many law firms have recently been on a “race to the bottom” with fees. We don’t adhere to that model, nor do we think it’s a good idea for any client to go with the “cheapest” lawyer. Our fees are tied directly to our experience and successful outcomes for our clients. If you want to negotiate on fees, we’re likely not the advocates for you.

The majority of our transactions have been acting on the lending side of private mortgages. We offer immediate, responsive services to both our clients as lenders and the lawyers on the borrowing side.
