David Michael Patrick Gardiner

David Gardiner has specialized in personal injury cases in Ottawa and area as well as throughout the rest of Ontario for 20+ years. His services involve representation of victims of motor vehicle accidents , boating accidents, atv accidents, slip and falls , long term disability claims , defective products as well as other personal injury matters.

David received his Law Degree from Queen’s University. Prior to studying Law, he received a Degree in Psychology from Carleton University in Ottawa. David Gardiner is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario and is also a member of the Better Business Bureau, the Lawyer Referral Service, the County of Carleton Law Association, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
