With a background in both engineering and law, she brings a multidisciplinary perspective to her practice, which focuses on emerging companies, corporate finance, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.

Jordan earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) summa cum laude with a concentration in Law and Technology from the University of Ottawa. While in law school, Jordan was a research assistant to several professors, assisting counsel with interventions in both the Supreme Court of Canada and Federal Courts on intellectual property matters and conducting research on emerging technology regulation. Jordan was also an avid moot competitor, participating in the Harold G. Prior to law school, Jordan graduated with honours from Management Engineering at the University of Waterloo and worked in project and product management roles at various Canadian technology companies.
