Mathieu Joseph Roger Giguere

Mathieu Giguère is Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Aimia. Mathieu has been with Aimia since May of 2023. Prior to joining Aimia, Mr. Giguère worked at National Bank Financial, BMO, and he also practised within national law firms. Mr. Giguère has experience in various areas of law, with a specialization in securities, capital markets, M&A, private equity and litigation. Over his 20 years in private practise and as in-house counsel, Mr. Giguère has participated in multi-jurisdictional deals and contract negotiations. Mr.Giguère has been admitted to both the Bar of Quebec and the Bar of Ontario.
