Monica advises, represents and advocates for employers on a wide variety of employment and labour law matters. She began her career with Sherrard Kuzz LLP as a law student, during which time she participated in a secondment with a large private sector client. Prior to her legal career, Monica was a research intern at Massachusetts General Hospital and volunteered with various community healthcare organizations.
