Jonathan Michael Giraldi

Jonathan is a trial lawyer with over a decade of courtroom experience in intellectual property litigation. Jonathan works with clients to help them understand and defend their rights, and has represented clients through all litigation steps including trials and appeals before the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal. His practice includes pharmaceuticals, environmental remediation, medical devices, consumer goods and electrical devices. Jonathan has been involved in several high profile damages actions as counsel for both Plaintiffs and Defendants.

Jonathan received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Waterloo and his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School.
