Sundeep is a member of the Board of Directors of Unity and the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers (CACE), and a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Sports and Entertainment Committee of Black North Initiative, South Asian Bar Association (Toronto Chapter), and Retail Council of Canada. Sundeep has taught employment and labour law at Conestoga College.
