Jory Jack Grad

Jory is a partner in the Commercial Leasing, Real Estate, and Telecommunications Access groups at Owens Wright LLP. With more than 20 years of practice, Jory advises clients on the full spectrum of commercial leasing matters for both landlords and tenants, including retail, office, industrial, data centre, solar, and rooftop arrangements. He has developed a significant industry focus on telecommunications access and infrastructure, regularly acting for national and regional providers, developers, and property stakeholders.

In addition to his leasing practice, Jory brings extensive experience in real estate, construction, corporate, and general commercial matters. He represents a broad range of clients—including individuals, private and public companies, and major real estate developers—providing strategic, business‑focused guidance on complex transactions and long‑term operational needs.

Jory was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2005. He earned a combined Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto in 2004, completing part of his studies on exchange at the National University of Singapore. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistical Sciences from the University of Western Ontario, where he graduated on the Dean’s Honour List.

Jory has been a speaker, panelist, and lecturer at leading industry conferences and professional education programs, including events hosted by the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Law Society of Ontario.
