Counsel to Escases, Inc., a Canadian technology company, in defending commercial litigation arising from the Ontario government’s Employment Services Transformation initiative. The claim alleges conspiracy, breach of the duty of good faith, breach of confidence, and unjust enrichment.

Trial counsel to the defendant companies and corporate directors in a wrongful dismissal action brought by a former employee. The employee’s action was dismissed. The defendants were successful at trial in establishing the employee had perpetrated wilful misconduct justifying termination for cause.
