Jessica Jane Greenwood

Jessica Greenwood leads the firm’s Kingston Office and works with Unions across the province. She does not, and will not, represent employers.

Jessica has been successfully advocating on behalf of unions and employees her entire career. Before joining Ravenlaw, Jessica worked at one of the largest trade unions in the country, where she regularly appeared before labour arbitration boards. Jessica is a litigator, but can successfully craft settlements that protect the rights of unions and their members.

She is a proud Kingstonian and a graduate of the Combined Masters of Industrial Relations/JD program at Queen’s University where she now teaches as an adjunct professor. When not litigating a grievance, she can be found at the rink or at the field with her boys.
