Adam Peter Gregory

Adam Gregory is a labour lawyer in the firm’s Kingston office. He maintains a national labour law practice, helping unions navigate complex litigation and secure positive outcomes for workers in collective bargaining, grievance, and interest arbitration.

A firm believer in the collective power of workers, Adam is passionate about assisting unions in all aspects of collective bargaining. He regularly acts as counsel in healthcare interest arbitrations, advocating for sector-wide improvements, and provides strategic advice and representation to unions in collective agreement negotiations and bargaining disputes in both right-to-strike and essential services sectors.

Outside his labour law practice, Adam provides pro bono movement defence and legal support to activists and progressive organizations defending their constitutional rights to expression and association.
