Lauren Rachel Gruenberger

Lauren Gruenberger is an associate in the Construction Group at Cassels. She helps clients navigate complex construction disputes and provides strategic advice on project-related issues at every stage of construction.

Lauren advises and represents owners, contractors, and subcontractors in civil litigation and dispute resolution matters. Her practice encompasses a wide range of construction-related disputes, including procurement challenges, deficiency claims, project delays, contract terminations, construction liens, breach of contract claims, and breach of trust matters.

Lauren is actively involved in the construction industry and serves as a committee member of the Toronto Construction Association’s Young Construction Leaders.
