Linda is a member of the firm’s Tax and Trusts & Estates Groups. Her practice focuses on creating customized estate plans for high-net-worth clients and developing tax-efficient strategies that help preserve wealth across generations. Linda’s work includes drafting wills and establishing trusts, such as spousal and Henson trusts. She also has expertise in probate planning, helping structure clients' estates to minimize tax liabilities and facilitate a smooth transfer of assets.
