Caroline Jane Steiner Harrell

Caroline’s background in tax litigation and corporate tax planning gives her a strong understanding of the broader business context of commercial disputes. Clients benefit from her ability to navigate complex legal matters with precision and clarity.

Caroline is developing a broad commercial and civil litigation practice. Before joining AGB, Caroline worked in the tax group of a leading full-service law firm, where she maintained a mixed practice of tax litigation and dispute resolution and corporate tax planning. Caroline has appeared before the Tax Court of Canada, Federal Court of Appeal, Ontario Superior Court, Commercial List, and Court of Appeal for Ontario.

While earning her law degree from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, Caroline competed for the University of Toronto Varsity Blues Track Team and was a semi-finalist at the Bowman National Tax Moot.
