Michael Elliot Hayes

Michael's practice focuses on advising clients on a range of capital markets transactions, including private placements, financings, and mergers and acquisitions. He also advises clients on corporate governance and securities law regulatory matters. Michael completed an LPP work placement with the firm after graduation.
